Registration Information
Use the form below to register online for a new, temporary library card. To be eligible, you must be at least 13 years old and reside within Fulton, Hamilton, Montgomery, Saratoga, Schoharie, Warren, or Washington counties. An email address is required. For help, contact your closest participating member library.
Your temporary card provides immediate access to OverDrive digital collections. You will have 60 days to visit a member library to pick up your permanent card and complete your registration.
